I even send files back to people asking for hi res, and what they do is simply change it to 300dpi thinking that will fix it. A 100dpip image, increased to 300dpi, is still low res. You can't just set the resolution as you please, need to fix it at the source. This is why it is ALWAYS best to get a <a href="http://www.creativecompulsions.com/rfq.php" rel="">professional designer</a> to create files for you. I see that everyday.
